Our Story

M/s D.R. Batra & Sons Pvt. Ltd., is a family run business that has been involved in the manufacturing of envelopes since the late fifties.

Since our establishment in the year 1957, we have held decades of experience in manufacturing various types and sizes of envelopes. We have encountered massive changes in the envelope industry and have kept abreast of all the technological changes and trends which have impacted our industry. At the time when manual labour was prominent and labour intensive technology was used in manufacturing envelopes in India, we were among the first companies in India to manufacture envelopes through machines, which were then imported from London and Germany.

Throughout the years there have been many changes in the company leading to its expansion, the out come of which is the capacity of delivering more than a million envelopes in a day ! The backbone of this is the self-dependancy on production, printing and packaging of envelopes.

Today we are proud to say that we are one of the leading and the oldest envelope manufacturers in the country and nothing fazes us! We have worked on a huge range of unique and complex envelope designs for businesses of all shapes and sizes, from leading brands to sole traders.
